Welcome to Clean For You By Vicky. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our services and your relationship with Clean For You By Vicky.

Services

Clean For You By Vicky offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services are customized to meet the unique needs of each client. All services are provided subject to availability and agreement on specific terms at the time of booking.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking Process: To schedule a cleaning service, please contact us via phone, email, or our website. A confirmation will be sent to you once the booking is finalized.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

Payment Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card and e-transfer. All payments must be made promptly upon completion of the service.
  • Credit Card Processing Fee: Effective February 1st, 2024, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to all transactions made via credit card. This fee covers the increasing costs associated with credit card processing. E-transfer payments can be made to cleanforyoubyvicky@gmail.com.
  • Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional charges. If payment is not received within the specified time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the predicted total cost of the service. This fee compensates for the short-notice impact on our scheduling and the availability of our cleaning professionals.
  • No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property or begin work due to client circumstances, the cancellation fee will apply.

Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed-upon time. Any delays in access may result in a reduced service time or additional charges.
  • Safety and Hazard Disclosure: Clients are responsible for informing our team of any safety concerns, hazards, or specific cleaning instructions prior to the service.

Liability

  • Damage and Loss: While we take great care during our services, Clean For You By Vicky is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by pre-existing conditions or as a result of following client instructions.
  • Insurance: Our team is insured for liability and workers’ compensation. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Clean For You By Vicky reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
